Is there a problem with the liftgate on a pathfinder?
I had same problem on 2014 Pathfinder. By removing a contact from the battery for 15 minutes the lift gate control module reset itself and the issue was resolved. Put a 3 month aggrevation to rest! My 2015 Pathfinder’s liftgate will open with fob or dashboard button but then when it is totally open it beeps and closes.

Only in the heat does it not work. Had the same problem on my Pathfinder SV 2014. Went to a dealership and they cleaned it up once, but the problem didn’t not disappear. Then I went to my buddy’s body shop and he said that this problem is very common for PFs.
