Why is the central locking not working on a Nissan Micra?

Hi, i made a new key with no buttons (not from nissan dealership). It just has the immobilizer for starting the engine. But when i open the doors from the drivers (or the passengers) door, the central locking is not working. Why is that??

Do you have to press FOB twice to unlock Micra?

Yes, just live with it unless you want to pay a lot of money to have the central locking unit in the driver’s door replaced. If you want more than the driver’s door to unlock then you must press the fob twice, it’s normal. That’s fine, I can live with it as long as the central locking isn’t going to break on me!
