Does G37 have sunroof?

Why does my Infiniti G37 Convertible top not work?
However, when operating the hood at the weekend, it stopped half way (we had nothing in the boot) so turned off the engine and restarted and it then carried on working. It has done this a couple of times now so we took it back to the Infiniti dealer.
Can you open the top of a 2010 G37?
On my 2010 I can open the top from the drivers door black button by holding it in. You can do that on 2009 too but won’t advise for the battery’s sake:>!
