Why did my Dodge Ram throw a p26ab code?
13000 miles… threw a P26AB code on the way home. Best I can tell it’s a coolant bypass valve. Having the wife monitor the temp gauge on her way home and have a 7am appt at the dealership… Anyone have experience with this? It appears it may be AC system related. Google the code and look at the cause of the code for the Dodge Ram.

I have a 2014 Ram 1500 Bighorn with the 3.6 liter engine. I am having a recurring problem with my coolant bypass valve (or the software that controls it). I attempted to clear the code with my scanner. The code would be gone on the first start after clearing, but every time on the second start it would reappear and stay on.
