Today I replaced the wheel bearing on the driver side which is where the noise is coming from and I still have the same squeaking noise coming from the car, the only other thing I can think of is a warped rotor or an excessively worn rotor so I might have to replace that to.

First off the problem is not the heat shield and it’s not just the Altima. Second the problem is the cams/valves in the head. When the engine sits for 8 hour or less the oil coating drains off the cams/valves. What you are hearing on start up is the valves and cams with 0 oil on them.
Altima QR too. Good question…..if the motor was not revving up and the car won´t move, seems the TPS at the acc pedal assembly, is faulty..but the SES light should be on. This experience was with a friend’s car of mine…
