They are both a model ZX600E. The ’05-’08 ZZR600 and the ’00-02 ZX6-6r are both ZX600J, and there are a few minor differences between the two I’ve discovered… the dampers in the fork are different, as is the rear shock. the ZX6r version also had a coolant loop through the carbs, the ZZR600 does not.
