How long does it take to change primary jet in race engine?
If you need to change primary or secondary jets, the lid must come off, which only takes a couple of minutes and you wont spill any fuel. The Q-jet uses one power-valve piston with a hanger to operate both metering rods in their respective primary jets.
When to increase the size of the main jet?
A general rule is to increase the main jet as long as each jet causes the engine to run as well as or better than the smaller jet in it before. When there is no longer any additional performance gain from the larger jets the jet size is too big – go back down one size. Note that the long piece below is not the main jet:
What happens if I change my flight date on Jet2?
For date changes, we’ll charge the administration fee plus the difference (if any) in price between your original fare and today’s fare price (including any increase to taxes, fees, or other charges). If the overall fare has decreased since you made the original booking, no refund will be paid.
Can a slow jet be removed from a jet engine?
Remove the 4 screws which attach the fuel bowl to the carburetor. Once the 4 screws are removed the main jet and slow (or pilot) jet can be removed. 3) Pilot jet (Slow jet): If unable to obtain a smooth idle with pilot screw, increase the pilot/slow jet until a smooth idle can be obtained.

What should I do if my jet engine is leaning?
If the motor is back firing at decel this is a good indication the pilot jet is to lean. Try richening up the fuel mixture by turning the fuel screw out or the air screw in to allow more fuel. Any more than 3 turns out go one size larger on the pilot jet.
When to make same day change on JetBlue?
A same-day switch can only be made on the day of travel, beginning at midnight in the time zone of your departing flight. The same-day switch option is only available in cities with multiple flights a day.
How big of a pilot jet do I need to fix lean back?
In most cases screw adjustments won’t correct the lean back firing, installing a one size larger pilot jet will do the trick for higher elevations (Colorado). Carburetor diameter (12mm) x 5 = 60 (or number it calculates) x 0.9 = sea level jet size
