Why does my Honda ATV light not start?
THought that maybe it was the ignition or something, but took out the small 12v battery from my 125 Tao Tao, hook it up and sure it was sweet to hear the starter actuate. How can it be possible it is good in juice, but does not start? The atv light is weak.

What should the voltage be on an ATV battery to start it?
