Which is better the Sportster or the Nightster?
The Sportster has often been called one of the best-handling Harleys on the market, but the Nightster was even better. The bars are lowered and the seat was positioned closer to the tank. On paper, this does not sound like much. But once on the motorcycle, it made for a far more comfortable seating position that made the bike easier to handle.
Why are there no pillion seats on a Harley Davidson Nightster?
Many riders also said that the front and the rear brakes of the motorcycle needed a harder-than-usual grip to kick into proper place, but this was less a defect and more of something you needed to get used to. The Nightster also did not come with a pillion seat, so there was that issue as well with added expense if you truly wanted one.
When did the Harley Davidson Nightster come to an end?
The Nightster finally came to an end in 2012, but remains as one of the coolest entry points into the Harley-Davidson family, and was liked by both noobs and veterans because of its ease of handling and that cool, cool torque. Of course, H-D cannot just count on the success of its old bikes, and to survive Covid-19, much more may be needed again.
