Is there a recall on a 2008 Screamin Eagle Dyna?
I have a 2008 Screamin Eagle Dyna and got the same letter and book I was riding one day and pulled over to fins oil leaking. I brought the bike in and they advised me there was a recall on the bike for oil leak. I was lucky enough that my tech hooked me up and installed new cams and pistons while he was in there fixing the leak.
Why is my Screamin Eagle 110 engine leaking?
The key issue was the base gasket of the rear cylinder could deform under serious heat, causing weeping/leaking. Perhaps the cool temps at my altitude helped prevent this from happening. The 0906 campaign also upgrades the ACR (Automatic Compression Release).
What should engine temp be on Screamin Eagle 110?
Rode it to Bozeman, MT, put on the Pro Tuner, fattened it up, changed to Max Cycle oil, dropped engine temp over 25 degrees. Me and my wife weigh over 400 pounds and I can spank my bro’s 103, 96 and a 05 Gold Wing with them riding solo. I put over 10,000 miles on it in a short time and all I have done is changed oil.
What should the oil pressure be at idle?

Fired it up this morning to ride to work, outside temp 47º, oil pressure 30 psi at idle, so the gauge must be working right. 15 miles later OP back down to 2 psi at idle but climbs back to 20/25 psi as soon as I take off and get the rpm’s up.

What should the oil pressure be on a Harley Davidson?
I went with fueling oil pump, delkron cam support plate 00 fxds. My idle Hot was 14+ lbs on the pressure @ least 1100 rpm’s not 750 potato potato…. Idle is needed to be up to 1100 1200 for the pumps to work enough to increase oil flow.
