Why is the wrench light flashing on my Polaris Sportsman 600?
A friend of mine has a 04 sportsman 600 and on the dash a wrench light is flashing. Why would this happen? There are 700 miles on the quad and it just hit 50 hrs. Is there a 50 hr check up that polaris needs to do? Thanks I went to Polaris’ site and downloaded the owner/service manual for that quad. Hope this helps.

Its a 2007 Sportsman 800 by the way. Any ideas as to why it came on? How can I get it to shut off? Will I hurt anything if I run it with the check engine light on? The quad still runs great even with the light on. Nevermind! I disconnected the battery for about 20 minutes, reconnected everything, fired it up and bye bye check engine icon.

I have a 2008 Polaris Sportsman 800 that only has 55 hours on it. It starts up and runs fine for about 10 or 15 minutes, Polaris 800 Sportsman I have a 2008 Polaris Sportsman 800… Turn the switch ON-OFF and on the 3rd time leave the switch on. Wait a few seconds and across the display will be a code, what is that code or codes ?
