Can Power Commander V be used on different bikes?
No. The connectors are different for each injection system on each bike. In theory you can snip the old connectors off and wire up new ones. Not sure it would work on the two bikes you describe as the R6 has 4/8 injectors (so four plugs), whereas the MT-03 only has 1 injector (So one plug).
How much torque does a power commander have?
The Power Commander map is attached. This map is an advanced map, where each cylinder is tuned separately. 2007 Twin Cam 96 on a Road Glide, but all touring should be the same. I started off with a Fuel Moto map, which gave me 69 HP and 84 Torque. I ended up with 76 HP and 90 Lbs/Ft of Torque with this map.
