Why does the fuse keep popping on my Suzuki ATV?
Sounds like a game of chance finding the short. Try pulling the fuse & hooking up a 9 volt dummy light to the dead side of the fuseblock & the frame. Then start jiggling wires, when the light keeps flickering on & off youre getting close. Definately sounds like a chaffed wire to me.

2004 Suzuki Eiger 400 – Fuse Problems HELP! I have a 2004 Suzuki Eiger 400 4X4 automatic and I’m having problem keeping the ignition switch from blowing. The only thing that is different is we broke the tail light lens so I’m looking for one and I wonder if the moisture in the tail light area could cause a short?
Why does my 20 amp fuse keep blowing?
The 20 amp fuse in my 1997 70 hp 2 stroke started to blow ramdomly about 2 weeks ago when i would try to start the motor now it has got to the point that every time i turn the key the fuse goes. Does anyone have any ideas on whats happening?

If this power fuse blows only when you turn the key to the START position, remove the 3/8″ terminal wires from the solenoid, then retry (with new fuse installed) turning the key to that START position again. If the fuse still blows, there is a short in the wire leading from the “S” terminal of the ignition switch to the 3/8″ nut solenoid terminal.

Where is the fuse on a quad 300?
In most models/versions, the main fuse would be located alongside the 15 Amps auxiliary fuse underneath the front center cowling / cover of the headlights and battery. Hope this be of help / idea. Good luck and thank you for using JustAnswer.
