What to do if your sportsman 500 has problems?
When i get an older Sportsman 500 in the shop with what appears to be carburetor problems,believe it or not,first thing i check is the camshaft. Pop the valve cap off,remove the rockers and verify the cam lobes and followers are in good shape.
