Why are the headlights on my Ford Explorer not working?
The light out module (lom) also known as the indicator warning system control is located inside the message center console and runs “hot” in temperature because of a flawed design. The current design leads to internal electrical system failures that result in a loss of the low beam headlights.

Both high beams & driver side low beam work. Fuses have been checked and are good. The bulb has been changed as well as the pigtail connector. Still no resolve. Checked the wiring to make sure we had a good connection. Anybody have any suggestions???
