What kind of power does a Hyosung GT650 have?
I have a 2006 Hyosung gt650. It is a great bike but I am having an issue with the top end power. Power begins to go in and out when holding slightly over 80mph and around 5500 rpm. I can take it up to 110 / 120 mph but when trying to stay at any speed over 80-85 the power begins to come in and out.
Why is the EFI light on on my Hyosung GT250R?

Why does my Hyosung GT650R make a buzzing noise?
Symptoms: tachometer reading backwards, headlights blowing when the throttle is turned even a little, a horrifying buzzing noise anytime something electrical was used (brakes/blinkers/so on) and a battery that died when it sit. Solution: New rectifier. This is a known issue on Hyosung motorcycles.
How to put a Hyosung GT250R in dealer mode?
You can put the bike into dealer mode by shorting a plug on the bike. The Speedo will then show an error code that you can map against a faulty sensor etc. I don’t know much aboutr where the dealer plug is on a Hyo you may have to do some Googling. The manual below lists the error codes, Good Luck,

Hi, i have a problem with 2008 hyosung gt650r, i was told by previous owner saying that the regulator was broken due to cold weather from last year, so i bought a new one and replace it. After installing new regulator, i still see the same issue.

What causes a fi light on a GT650R?
Yeah, more likely ‘fcuked’ before it left the factory. If it was a restricted bike it would have been a GT650 RL (L being for LAMS). I would be asking them to check the sidestand switch and clutch switch as these are a pretty common cause of Hyosung’s stalling and causing an FI light.
What to do about Hyosung GT650R life of dead?
Some people can feel it, but this would be a skill a more advanced rider will have. Symptoms: Uneven tire wear, unstable going into/pulling out of turns, generally off-center rebound. Solution: Replace the fork tube oil with a heavier weight, in equal amounts. The 650R takes 600mL per tube.
