Ive been wondering the same thing about the 08/2011 KTM single cam singles,wondering what an average amount of hours to valve work,etc. “Typical” is a bit hard to answer since there will be big differences in wear depending on how the bike ridden and maintained, especially the air filters.

Is the swingarm bearings on a KTM RFS worn out?
The wear on other items like swingarm bearings is also not anything specific to KTM or RFS, they will wear out just as slow or fast on any Japanese bike. Life expectancy has much more to do with your use of the bike and how you maintain it.
When did I Sell my 2001 exc400 bike?
My 2001 EXC400 bought used in 2009 and sold after two years required no engine work, but the clutch was kind of funny. I never got around to fix it. The bike was not used much since I had other bikes at the time.
