Do you get penalty points for brake light endorsable offence?
It would appear that the offence carries no penalty points (unless, as mentioned earlier, the Lighting Regulations have been changed. It indicates that this offence can bring prosecution, issue a Vehicle Defect Form or a verbal warning (the latter would seem most appropriate). Seems to me a useful bookmark as well..:-)
