Is the air cleaner on my Honda ATV working?
Cleaned all again and put back together and it ran like a top, adjustment screw working idled good and no backfiring or stalling. before it was running very lean and was cold natured had to use the choke a long time until it got completely hot but not now. I drove it for 3 or 4 miles and all was good.

The quadmaster 500 is the most sensitive carb i have ever played with. And as for the inline filter? do not put one on. it does adversely affect the operation of the quadmaster as i tried that too. the only other thing would be that you have an intake air leak.
