Can too much oil cause a bike not to start?
There is virtually no chance that overfilling has anything to do with the bike not starting. When the bike has been run and oil pushes up through the crank breather into the throttle bodies and soaks the spark plugs in oil there is every reason an overfull oil tank can stop a rotax starting.
