How do you adjust the throttle on a Polaris Predator?
The throttle adjuster is located behind the left front tire….Use the following procedure to control how far the throttle opens:
- Loosen the jam nut (2).
- Turn the screw (1) inward to reduce speed or outward to increase speed.
- Tighten the jam nut after adjusting.

Can a CARB be rebuilt by a Polaris dealer?
I just had the carb rebuilt by a Polaris dealer. It runs great. Idles perfect, accelerates great, perfect. That is until it dies. It acts like it runs out of gas OR the spark fails. I put a new fuel filter, fuel pump, and nice fresh gas on it. I seen on the polaris site that the spark plug cap can be bought apart from the coil.
