Why does my radiator fan not come on?

If you turn the key on and your fan is good this will force the fan on. If you do this and turn the key on and the fan does not come on then your fan is bad.

If you look under the hood, remove the storage tray and then down inside to the passenger side of the radiator. There is a large brass nut on the radiator with a wire coming out of it. That wire goes up and plugs into the harness at a little higher location but still under the removable storage level.
Simply the engine is not hot enough to turn on the cooling fan, its not hot enough outside, you are driving getting plenty of air flow through the grille to keep things cool without the assistance of the fan. Its possible that you have no problem at all.
