Why does my Kawasaki Vulcan 1600 not start?

I blead the clutch and removed a good amount of air from the line but It happened again after that, also once the bike is hot it will not start. you can hear the fuel pump prime when you turn on the key but it will just crank. did any body else come across this problems with the bike . If you pump up the clutch you can get it to work but then It goes away again after not using it.

Where is the hole in the master cylinder on a Kawasaki Vulcan?

In the bottom of the master cylinder is a larger hole that replenishes the fluid, there is also a small hole (closer to the banjo fitting) that releases the fluid in the line when the clutch lever is released, allowing the slave cylinder to fully engage the clutch. Make sure that hole is not plugged.
