Why is my Honda 450 Foreman leaking fuel?
Re: My Honda 450 Foreman is leaking fuel from the hose… This problem can occur on any bike that is carburetted and uses a needle and seat/float bowl system. Basically any bike that isn’t fuel injected in other words. The reason fuel is being dumped is because it isn’t getting shut off and is flowing past the needle/seat.
How does the fuel tank on a Honda Foreman work?
This is a critical setting and must be set as accurately as possible according to manufacturer’s specs. It is accomplished by bending the tang of the float which will control how much fuel will be in the float bowl when the float bowl is full.

How do you drain a Honda Foreman fuel tank?
Take the plastic cover (the part with Foreman printed on it) off, disconnect the fuel line, take the tank off the bike and turn it upside down to empty it into a pail. Rinse with fresh gas and dump it again. This way any debris in the tank is removed.

The pilot (air/fuel) mixture screw is the one on the bottom of the carb at the front of the bowl and in the center of the carb. It is in the cylinder piece sticking down from the carb. Alright your help so far has been amazing man and you don’t know how much I apreciate it.
Where does the fuel line go on a Honda rancher?
I’m working on a 2012 Rancher TRX420TEC. In reference to the fuel line that comes out of the pump assembly and goes toward the engine, there is that frustrating little green plastic clip that’s a real pain to get off. I heard there was a special tool to remove/release those clips. Does anyone know if this is true? What is this tool called? Thanks.
How do you remove fuel filter from Honda?
Remove the 4 screws on the top of the carb and pull out the throttle plunger. Use a philip screwdriver and insert it into the holder (middle of slide) and give it a 1/4 turn and remove the holder. The needle should fall out now and either the washer will be on the needle or it will stick to the slide/plunger.
