How much does it cost to replace stock clutch on Sportster?

I just thought I should give the heads up to everyone to watch out for slipping or dragging on the stock clutches. If it does, get in there and change out those weak parts to steel or whatever and move on. It’ll be cheap at that point…like $40.

What’s the problem with a Muller power clutch?

Skip the Muller power clutch, the problem with them is in the mechanism where you have two eccentric wheels with a spring and until you get the spring over the center point, the pull is not reduced but actually a bit stiffer. Check this unit out. Glider I appreciate the quick response.

Is there a problem with the clutch on a Harley Davidson?

BT you turn adjuster IN until you feel drag, then back off a 1/2 to full turn. XL models, you turn the screw OUT till it seats, then in a 1/4 turn. Chain too tight. Usually just makes neutral hard to find. No…..if clutch was south, it would slip.
