Problem solved did u take it for a ride after different battery and run it throughout the different speeds cause it may idle fine but start loosing a bit after u get on the throttle my 650 rxl efi did that I’ve had a 92 500 for a few years now and I have had the same problem.

Keep in mind yesterday we hooked the fuel pump to a solid power source and had it working fine and once everything was hooked back up, we hooked it up to a charger (with that tiny ass battery that was in it) and it pulled over and idled fine.

The plugs are new BR9ES and battery voltage is at 13.3 volts….EFI box is know to cause problems if battery is bad and not at proper voltage. as far as the injector cleaner 1 can of STP octane boost /injector cleaner was used as well as 1 6oz can of gas line ant-freeze. All grounds and connections were checked everything is clean and tight.
