Is the sensor on a Polaris ATV bad?
Tried to install another sensor, but didn’t help. This can be found on any 4 stroke engine polaris uses. I read somewhere on here or another polaris forum that stated by a polaris tech that 80% problem will be the wiring at the plug and 20% would be the sensor.
What kind of wire does a Polaris sensor use?
1.The problem with the current Polaris wiring is too short and Polaris used 7/32 stranded 22AWG wire. This wire has a very low strand count and should not be used in applications where vibration occurs.
Why does my Polaris T-BAP not work?
I replace the wiring tbap harness because the wires where wrong, at the beginning it sims to work well, but it does not. The engine is sputtering, sounds like it’s burning a lot of gas and its rich smell. Codes stop appearing. But still smelly and using a lot of gas. One of these days the engine stop.

He was correct, wiring repair kit for $82.00 and you get a new plug with premium 12″ plus wires.

Is there a problem with my T MAP sensor?
I have same problem but the TMAP did not solve it. Changed plugs, put in known good gas, never run ethanol gas, put in injector cleaner, ran 1/4 tank of gas through it. When engine is below 150 degrees it stumbles and stutters when given throttle.
