*fuel system inside the fuel tank– high pressure hoses failing are the biggest problem here. (not that expensive to repair but can cause a sudden & total engine quit while riding) I guess the bottom-line is: the BMW 1150RT can be (& usually IS) a great riding bike (absolutely a great touring bike at speed & long miles).
