Now tonight the parking lights and dash lights won’t turn off when I turn them off or remove the keys. I tried pulling the lighting array fuse, instrument panel fuse but they wouldn’t go off. Finally just loosened the main fuse so my battery wouldn’t drain. I bought it used with after market alarm, so previous owner monkeyed with wiring.
Took it the dealer and they replaced the door lock actuator on the driver’s side, didn’t help. I finally disabled the power door locks by taking the fuse out for that, and that kept the alarm from going off, but no one was ever able to figure out what the underlying issue was.
