Are there any issues with the Suzuki Burgman 400?

The Suzuki break-in method contributes to clutch pads that glaze because it says to keep the rpms down below 4000. What I’ve found that works well, is to blip your throttle to 4000 and as the clutch pads engage, adjust the throttle to speed up or slow down.

Check to see if your idle control valve is functioning properly before attempting to replace it. Look for a high engine idle. A common symptom of a faulty idle control valve can be a high idle.
