Why is my Kawasaki UTV not charging anymore?
All wires are good. 2 months later… After trying everything possible, including replacing the wiring harness (used one) I replaced the regulator with a Kawasaki OEM part $131 not cheap but it’s charging now. Those cheap aftermarket regulators are not compatible with Kawasaki’s electrical system.
Why is my Kaw 610 mule not charging?
By the way it can be removed from under the mule without removing the battery but beware of mud / dirt in eyes and hair. Update, got my new regulator installed and no change still not charging.
Where is the battery on a Kawasaki MULE?
It is mounted to the frame in front of the battery, looks like fun to access, might be easier to remove battery to get to it. A couple LEDs shouldn’t hurt it as I use a winch for raising a snowplow on mine
Are there aftermarket regulators for Kawasaki 4 wheelers?
Those cheap aftermarket regulators are not compatible with Kawasaki’s electrical system. I tried three and none of those worked. I have a 98 Honda 300 4 wheeler and I put an aftermarket regulator on it about five years ago and it still works OK.
