What fuse will stop a car from cranking?
The fuse for the starter switch, relay, or solenoid could go, preventing the engine from cranking. The fuse supplying power for the ignition coils in a gas engine, fuel injection system, or fuel pump could blow, causing the engine to crank but not start.
What is the crank fuse for?
The CRANK fuse will only have power when the engine is cranking(start portion of ignition switch). Power flows through the ignition switch in the start position, through the neutral switch(manual)to the starter and crank fuse then to the ECM from the crank fuse. It is a 5A fuse in the fuse block.

A wet filter can block air to the engine causing it to not start. Another option is, the distributor (if it has one) and or sparkplug wires are wet. You can take the distributor cap off and wipe it out. Use ether to spray the cap to help dry it out and the distributor.
