Are there any issues with Kawasaki Ultra 150?
Kawasaki has had major issues with the Ultra 150 bearings and seals since day 1. The problem has been inferior seal design. This problem can now be fixed with our bearing and seal kit. We prefer to install these parts in house, please call for more info.

The mixed flow pump uses shims to set impeller clearance. From the factory this clearance along with inferior pump seals can cause a huge loss in performance.
Can a skiworx ultra go into limp mode?
Remember the head fitting MUST have the correct ID or the craft will go into limp mode for an over heat condition. The Skiworx Stinger mod will help your Ultra accelerate much quicker. This mod is simple to install. It does require you to remove your stinger and send it to us for the modification.
Is there a water bypass on a Kawasaki skiworx?
To fix a Kawasaki blunder we designed a water bypass kit that will allow the rider to watch the cooling bypass of all three of their cylinders. From the factory Kawasaki only installed one in the front and the rest in the rear (where no one can see).

The problem with the limp mode is that you can get the same characteristics with a lot of different faults. That’s why you should never listen to anyone that has had the same problem before. You will only end up wasting your money on parts that were not faulty in the first place.
