I ran Andrew’s 510’s for sometime. That is a great cam. It likes 9.8 + compression. You can run stock compression. I will say you would feel the difference between them. Best of luck. +1 for the 510s. You’ll need to out rev/out ride them. Very do-able. if its in the budget). May consider a gear change as well…

If the cranks straight, you could go with gear drive cams and loose the spring loaded tensioners. But with the new wear pads available from the aftermarket, that’s not a big of an issue as it used to be.

Installation was straight forward and easily done by the average biker liking to do his own work. The 510 cam performed as advertised and comes on hard after 3000rpm. My expectations were satisfied and I would highly recommend this kit to others.
