How do you tighten Rox risers?
Move your bars forward just enough to get to the back one. Tighten it down as much as you can but still allowing you to move the bars. Then with the back one tightened down as much as you can, move your bars into the position you want the bars in and then tighten the front one.
How do you calculate riser height?
Divide the overall change in level (overall rise) by 150mm.
- 450mm / 150mm = 3. This tells us that with a riser of 150mm we will need 3 risers/steps.
- 450mm / 2 = 225mm.
- Twice the Rise plus the Going (2R + G) should be between 550mm and 700mm.
- 2 x 150mm + 275mm = 575mm.
What is the height of a step riser?

How to fit a Rox Speed FX bar riser?
Place the bike on the center stand. Remove any zip ties and move the cables to outside of any metal clamps that may be present. Drop the fork tubes. Move the cables to behind the triple clamp. Raise fork tubes back up and then tighten everything down properly.
