Nice scoot, but… For value for money, the Monza is hard to beat. Not too may (if any) scoots in this price range with alarm and twelve inch wheels. The extra rubber really gives you an extra feeling of stability on the road and along with the larger frame gives you a greater feeling of presence in traffic.
