Why does my bike pop out of gear?
The phenomenon is called as hitting “False Neutral” while shifting. Basically when the clutch is not able to engage the selected gear properly the drive shaft stays in the mode of stasis . i.e simulating the effect of the bike being in neutral.

You could try taking out one of each, steel and friction plate, unless that puts your clutch pack at too narrow a spec.
Why does my bike stall when I put the clutch in?
Upon start up, I let the bike warm up, held clutch in and then put the bike into gear, and it immediately jumped and stalled. It keeps doing it and I can’t ride the bike. The clutch has been bled properly with 0 bubbles.

Bike is a 2011 KTM 530 EXC. With the bike shut off can you push it around in gear with the clutch pulled in? I would pull the clutch and soak the fibers. With everything pulled out check the basket for grooves or damage. UK for now. I was having the same issue. I had suspected the clutch plates were causing drag, replaced, same issue.
