How long can you leave the choke on?
Usually 1-2 minutes. Your choke richens the mixture so the risk is fouling plug if you run too long.

Now it may idle a bit but the quits, will not gain rpm unless choke is applied. Air filter, gas lines and carburetor are all new or cleaned. What else do I need to look at? Answered!
