How does the ECU work on a King Quad?
ECU works in friend’s quad. Changed temperature sensor, rectifier, ignition coil, air pressure sensor, fuel pump, fuel pump relay, added chassis ground. I know I have fuel to injector but none through throttle body.
Why does my King quad engine not start?
In that chart it should show the values on your pickup off your stator. If it is flat lined when you crank the engine it could be defective or wire is pinched and grounding to frame. As well what that connects to it will send a signal to the ECU and that might have a melted wire or damaged .

The camber of the front wheels makes handling much harder on technical terrain. There are no grease fittings on this machine…WTF?!?! When the King Quad is fitted with oversized tires and the front drive is heavily loaded, and/or the front wheels begin to hop the cases and castings around this bearing cap have been known to fail and break.

Why does my Suzuki King Quad belt bark?
Another issue is the belt “bark”. The belt will “bark” at times when taking off. Again, I’ve researched this and its a well known issue with the Suzuki King Quad due to the constant tension on the CVT. Not a big deal and you shouldn’t worry if it only does it occasionally. If it s a constant issue, get belt checked ASAP.
