What kind of battery does Polaris Ranger have?
This is a 2015 XP900 Crew. If your battery is 12.6v, you may not trip charging on a voltage regulator that is going bye-bye. The Polaris voltage regulators are notoriously bad. There have been a couple fires attributed to overcharging batteries, which obviously, isn’t your issue, but is mine.
Why is my Polaris Sportsman 500 not charging?
It’a a 2003 sportsman 500 h.o. I’v checked the battery while running with multimeter and the voltage doesn’t change. It has a brand new battery, i rode the other day and it cranked fine all day but when i got home i shut it off for about an hour and got back on it and it wouldn’t turn over, charged battery put it back in and it cranked fine.
