Odometer & Speedometer were both working fine till a jacket I was carrying came loose and got tangeled in the rear wheel and disc brake of my 2003 883 Hugger. After pulling & cutting it out, the Odometer & Speedometer only work when at idle or moving below 10 mph while applying the brakes or turning signal, otherwise neither one works.
