How many miles does the Kawasaki KZ550 Ltd have?
I can honestly say my ’81 KZ550 LTD has 33,xxx miles on it w/o a major tear down and runs very well even with the mild upgrades I’ve installed on it. I beat on it w/o a worry in the world about getting back home.

I have an ’83 LTD. The LTD’s are more prevalent, but the Standard is also a great looking bike. The 550’s were a little quicker than the 650/750’s of the time for a couple of years, because they’re lighter. But with the 6 speed trnasmission you have to get used to keeping the revs higher and down shifting more.
