How to fix an electronic shift ( es ) problem?
Hi: You don’t take the shift motor apart — you remove the cover where the shift motor went into and clean out the old grease — put white lithium grease on them gears — also if you removed the spindle gear it has to aligned with the shift shaft. So after what seemed a lifetime, I got my new shift motor. $80 lesson learned.
