Is the Suzuki drz400s a good dirt bike?
Basically, if the DR-Z can’t get you somewhere off-road you might just be better off parking the bike and hiking the rest of the way. I imagine it would be next to useless trying to pick your way across a boulder field on it, but then so would a lot of other dirt bikes.

What are stock Clicker Settings on Suzuki drz400?
Stock clicker settings are 14/10 (comp./reb.) out on the fork and 12/10 on the shock. Since both fork clickers have 18 clicks, total, compression adjustment is near the end of its range. Fight bottoming with more fork oil (720cc translates to 122mm stock oil height) before going to stiffer springs.

The best method to lower the DRZ400 and preserve suspension performance is having the suspension professionally lowered. I have had mine professionally lowered 35mm, resprung for my weight and revalved. This makes the bike far more manageable and the revalving actually improves the suspension performance.
Can a Suzuki drz400e be left on too long?
The DRZ400E comes with a keyed ignition, and leaving the key on for even a short period can and will drain the battery. We feel the lights should be wired into the charging system with only the starter drawing from the battery. We?re getting on in years and tend to forget where we left the key.
