Thats the collection! hello and welcome to the site. yeah i would say either the flywheel keyway is sheared, the timing chain is stretched and continues to skip a few teeth every time it is reset or your valve clearances are way off? have you checked those?

Pop the top off the electronic throttle control. Be careful of the little o-ring inside the cap, it may fall out. Look inside there and you will see two little contacts. They are probably touching. The idea is to have them really close without touching.
