What should I do if my Honda trx420fa is not shifting?

Check the service manual for their locations. Check the gear position switch using the service manual as well. Check the 2wd/4wd selector switch. Check the shift solenoid too. I can’t think of any others to check right now. Have you tried the troubleshooting steps in the service manual?

Why does my Yamaha WR250F not go into neutral?

Do the friction plates swell a little when being sat unused for a long period of time causing them to overheat and warp the first time they are used after a long period of not being used? 7.)I had a very similar issues with my Yamaha WR250F a few years ago after it had been sat for 12 months.
