Why does my Ski Doo Rev renegade 600 go dead?
My brother in law has a 2005 Ski Doo Rev Renegade 600 SDI that he is having considerable difficulty getting repaired. His problem is that after about 60 miles of riding his battery goes dead, and then so goes the sled as the SDI cannot live without 12 volts.

I am considering buying a renegade 800 with a 136″ track. My only hold back is the negative effect on cornering on groomed trails. The area in which I ride are groomed trails through woods and over mountains which contain alot of switchbacks.
When do you press the reverse button on a Polaris sled?
I have 2004 polaris’s with it and when you go into reverse polaris says hold the button but that stalls the engine!! all i do is push it once and let go and I’m fine why? You pretty well have it nailed. I asked my parents who have ’03 550 Classics & they just press the button after the sled has idled down.

As Mikadoo mentioned most people will stay with the 136″ after they try it. This could be the case for you but It sounds like you have reservations. Your best bet would be to try both and while doing so compare apples to apples.
