On a similar note i wonder why Suzuki made the bandit 250 so much different to the gsxr, gsxf and katana 250 when they seemed to recycle bits around that time. bandits got 41mm forks vs 37, very different carb setup and a few other changes. Interesting indeed.

What should I remove from my Suzuki gsx250f?
Things to come off now – balance hoses between cylinders 1 and 4, and between cylinders 2 and 3, the cam cover breather hose, the throttle cable, the choke cables, and the carburettor manifold clamps need to be loosened. Balance hoses pull off easily. There’s a few more steps to undoing throttle cable.
