Kawasaki’s Mule 3010 utility vehicle is powered by a 617 cc four-stroke, liquid-cooled V-twin engine. A camshaft-driven water pump circulates antifreeze throughout the engine, radiator and front final drive gear case. The water pump is housed on the left side of the engine, just behind the torque converter case.
Why is my Kawasaki overheating?

On the top of the intake manifold, there is a 10mm bolt, usually black in color (or green). Take it out. Remove radiator cap and fill cap under the seat. Fill it through the filler cap under the seat until coolant comes out of the intake manifold. Reinstall the bleeder bolt. Continue filling until the radiator overflows.
