Normal operating temp is 180-210 The cooling fan I believe comes on at 204. When you see temps getting beyond 205 easy or often, that is a sign of an issue.

Not sure I would call them temp issues the thermostat is a 195 deg. and being its fuel injected that is the optimal temp for operation. they run just a little rich from the factory so running them cooler would make for poor fuel burn less power and so on :frown2: Just saying!

So if you want the best performance you should try to keep it below that. IMO

Much warmer than my RZR 4 900 did. What is the normal engine temp while riding in flat ground, in low range, @ about 10 to 15 mph. My machine runs at 210 and sometimes gets up to 217. Fluid levels are fine, fan works and radiator fins are clean.
